Kesha's Plea For Freedom Fails! | MUSIK !D TV
On May 29th, it’s been revealed that New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich has denied Kesha’s counterclaims. Dr. Luke made a lawsuit against the pop singer for defamation of character and breach of contract. Lately, Kesha have made attempts to have her agreements with Dr. Luke eliminated.
In March 2017, Justice Kornreich wouldn’t authorize Kesha to continue with this countersuit. The singer declared that her royalties wasn’t received and that it would be complicated to perform under the deals in behalf of the belligerent relationship. Justice Kornreich agreed with Dr. Luke’s lawyers that Kesha should’ve gave notice of supposed contract infringement and that her claim of the difficulty of performance was grounded at the time of speculation.
