It has been announced that Spotify will be going public with their shares on the NYSE on April 3rd. Daniel Ek, the CEO & Chairman of Spotify, is preparing to give a live presentation to current and future stockholders.
Paul Vogel, Spotify’s Head of Investor Relations, declared that the company decided to go through direct listing because it’s more straightforward and reachable to a vast range of investors. Also, Vogel confirmed that Spotify would reveal financial guidance for the first quarter of 2018 on March 26th.
