He shown a dissection of revenue of a favored superstar can demonstrate that all of the completed work is very necessary. This analysis shows that the artist can collect 50% of the earnings from the entire album sales. “The healthiest thing for us as an industry is still to think of the album as the core body of work, but then recognize that with all the technology that’s out there today, there are many different ways that you can promote, set up, tease a record or allow the fans to enjoy it.” – Ole Obermann
